"I arrived 30 minutes before check-in and not only was I allowed to do so; I was also upgraded a larger room without any additional cost! Although the room itself was a little dated, it was very clean and comfortable. The mini fridge was unfortunately not working; but either way, with the amount of food options and easy access to groceries in the vicinity, it wasn't an issue. Overall, it's a good place to stay if travelling to Sydney CBD for business. "

"This was my first stay in an Ibis hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. The bed was comfortable, there were tea/coffee amenities, a kettle and bar fridge. These things, along with a clean room and nice view made the stay enjoyable for my husband and daughter while she competed at the state swimming championships."

"The hotel itself is quite nice, the size of the rooms are what you pay for. There is a train track right next to the hotel, which can be noise when in your room, but it is not worth worrying about."

Very easy parking and the staff were very friendly and professional, too. Also very convenient to have a Westfield across the road and public transport. "We stayed here for a long weekend with friends. Good location for shopping, eating, sightseeing and entertainment. Room is small but clean. Friendly staffs. We came in the morning after a long night flight and checked in our room as it was available. There's 1 disadvantage if you need to leave luggages there after check out because you had to pick up your luggages before 3pm. However, the hotel is a good choice for short stay in Sydney CBD with reasonable price. "
