"Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Our room was vary spacious, we were four guest. Our only complaint was that it was hot but you can open the window and a nice breeze enters so we still slept comfortably. Would definitely stay again here! "

"Perfect place to stay. Nothing too fancy. Just outside of Venice. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was new and water was warm. Breakfast is offered at an extra price. We just purchased breakfast at a nearby bar for 1/3 the price. Location seemed safe and easy to access the train station."

"Room and hotel were very clean. The hotel in general was beautiful. There was some paint peeking in the wall by the elevator and at the bottom of the bathroom door frame. The towel heating rack didn't work. Otherwise, we were very happy with the room. We loved the view of the canal. Overall, we were very happy with our stay here. "
