"Overall the place is beautiful clean and well located in a more quiet area which was perfect . The room is beautiful and spacious, they offer snacks coffee , full kitchen and beautiful garden in the back . Make sure you take a water taxi to get to the property. Waking from the parking area is a good 15 mins walk and with luggage makes it hard , also make sure you pay the fees before arriving , they wouldn’t give us the code of the door unless it was done but they send it a day before ( my fault...

"This is a beautiful, historic apartment, very clean, safe, and very close to the Venice train station. Very quiet location with plenty of room with two large bedrooms, two large bathrooms, large kitchen, and a huge living area with a comfy couch that fit the whole family. It's about a 15 min walk to St. Mark's Square and it's fun to wind your way through Venice on the way. At the end of the day it's an easy water taxi back (water taxi drop off is 3 minutes away). "This property is delightful. The location is central to everything, walkable to every part of the city. There are two separate bedroom/bathroom suites, which was perfect for two couples, and a spacious living area. It is sparkling clean and outfitted with everything one could possibly need. "We loved our stay at this apartment! There were nine of us and there was ample space for everyone. It was clean and spacious and the views of the canal from the bedroom windows was great. We were close to everything and loved going to our favourite spot for cappuccinos every morning. Be ready for the 62 steps to the apartment! Unfortunately the dishwasher was broken and the washing machine took forever for one load. Overall, a great spot we highly recommend. "

It’s also tucked away in a quiet spot allowing for restful recharging after busy days. Kitchen was great for cooking your own meals. Grocery store very nearby for stocking up.
