"The location is best. The room has windows directly to the Grand Canal. But inside the room was very cold and humid. The heating wasn’t working and the heating batteries were not regulated in any way. Also we found many mosquitoes in the room. The kitchen was nice and well equipped. "

"The apartment is in a very quiet, quaint part of Venice. The owner communicated with us quite well leading up to our arrival. There were four of us in our group, with two sleeping on the pull-out sofa in the living room, and two in the bedroom. The space is small, but offered everything we needed. We could watch gondolas going by out the windows, and we felt as if we were a part of the community."
