"Overall a good hotel for the money. The bed is a little uncomfortable but the hotel is very clean. The laundry facility was a good touch though make sure to walk to Poundland or Sainsbury as they dont sell singles. The drier needs two cycles to dry clothes but still fine. Staff were exceptional and were always willing to help. Didnt have a chance to grab breakfast but the hotel is next to some shops and fast food establishments. "Booked us into room 14 which was cold. Spoke to reception who informed me that there was no heating in this room. Told them that we could not shower bathroom freezing and to sleep would be too cold. Very good and we got transferred to room 109 which was lovely but found out cold tap Didn’t work. No a hassle for us and room wax warm. Breakfast great and staff are friendly and helpful"
