"Lovely clean, cosy hotel close to the town centre. Amazing staff and very enjoyable stay. Special thanks to Matthew who was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed chatting with him in the bar and he quickly resolved a minor issue we had with our bath. "

"Another great stay. Welcomed by the ever friendly staff and had a very simple check in. The suite was very spacious, if a little ‘tired’. The collection of furniture was a little comical, with old tiger print sofas and colonial wardrobes all having seen better days. The bed was big and pretty comfortable. "My colleagues who stayed there were appalled at the state of this place . The room was filthy and look at the state of the shower screen - covered in Algae . The pictures on Hotels.com look good but probably taken about 10 years ago when the place was last cleaned . The boys were given another room but it was just as bad so they checked out without staying there at all. "
