Food is good and the service is quick. The rooms are comfortable and warm. It reminds me of how hotels used to be, its like going back in time, in a good way. Well done to all keeping the Hatfield charming and warm."

"We went to Dunston Hall for a weekend break and we were not disappointed. Our room was lovely and everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations. If there was one small criticism it was that our double bed, though individually comfortable, was made up of two singles of different heights! This led to my wife waking up with back pain due to ending up laying across the joint! "
