"The property itself is very nice and well maintained. I did have a small issue at check-in. I had booked a king size bed and when I got to my room I noticed I had been given a full size bed. I went to reception and they fixed the issue within ten minutes. Their showers are very slippery so I would caution people with mobility issues. "This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The first time we visited the East Lancashire Railway, this time we had an event at the AO arena in Manchester. It’s a 7 minute drive into Bury. Park at the metro station and into Manchester. Staff friendly and welcoming. Hotel is modern, the showers are great. The family room is spacious. Plenty of spaces in the car park. We will come back and stay here again. "
