"Mill cottage is a very cosy and comfortable cottage in a quiet and peaceful village just a pity could not stay longer The cottage was perfectly clean and very well equipped The welcome pack was very much appreciated as we didn’t arrive until late on but Alastair the owner had heating on and outside light on for us arriving Very accommodating host"

"Outstanding!! Place is lovely and comfy and well decorated. Kitchen and house is well stocked and views are nice. Parking next door is restaurant car park is easy. Communication and access was easy and good. "

"We enjoyed the cottage espically thr cosy log burner , the garden is not good if you struggle with walking up very steep steps , there was a very weird smell in the bathroom , cottage very rural , but we enjoyed walks , the main bedroom bed is very squeaky bit uncomfortable , but we did enjoy our stay away "

When I asked Rachel if there was a coffee maker or French press in the home she said no and then messaged me that she’d gone out to get one for our stay. How lovely is that!? She left us a couple of treats as well. The cottage was cozy and quiet and had everything we needed for our winter retreat. "We loved our time staying at Midsummer Barn. The pictures online do not do it justice. It has character and charm. It is spacious and comfortable and well equipped for everything a family needs for time away. There were fresh eggs and cider to welcome us which was a lovely touch. "Super cute house in a quaint, hilly area! The host was very responsive and super nice. The hot tub was clean and warm and the house felt very comfortable in general, being well stocked with kitchen and cleaning supplies, games, towels, and bedding. I thought it was adorable and a cozy stay for a few days. I would definitely go back to explore the local area and hiking more. "

Amy made us feel really welcome through her messages in advance and we really appreciated the welcome basket of goodies she had left for us. The cottage was beautiful, clean, and everything we needed. The log fired hot tub was a real treat and we barely left the cottage the whole time, except to walk round the locks and back. "We enjoyed our stay here. The cottage was clean, well stocked and on a quiet street. The host communicated before our arrival and the details and instructions were easy to understand. The cottage was less than a 10 minute walk to the town square. A bit of a hill coming back to the cottage but not difficult at all. Hebden Bridge is a beautiful village and when we come back, we’d definitely stay here again. Thanks Nic!"

"I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is very spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—within easy reach of cafes, grocery stores and the rail station, with a direct tram to the stadiums . The staffs are very courteous and helpful and offer to allow us to leave our luggage before we catch our afternoon train . I would recommend this hotel . "
