Ease getting to location, plenty of low cost parking on site, rest check-in, great modern rooms with some of the best showers I’ve encountered anywhere, good value and quality bar and bar-food and finally the capable kitchen “Capo” himself, Joseph who cooks a marvellous breakfast, helped on the tables by Tracy. This is one of the top 2/3 breakfasts I enjoy all over the UK and his frittata with herbs and veggies is superb (in addition to the normal eggs…) Thank you to all of the staff."

"Great location very near Piccadilly station. Modern and stylish rooms Bar prices are a little excessive but that’s hotels everywhere these days One piece of advice I would offer is that the Hotels car park road post code on sat nav’s is different to the entrance road entrance and due to the 1 way system and no right turns off after the A57 it’s difficult to locate. Hotel booking should make this clearer on its confirmations to guests and Expedia should reference this as well. Otherwise everything was fine."
