"One of the many good things about The View in Eastbourne is that it has a number of single rooms, and they represent particularly good value for money. "I only went for a city room. This is a windowless room, but as I was only sleeping in it for the night, that's fine with me. Great value for money, and the hotel has many facilities. Decorated for Christmas. Bar was shut when we arrived back at 11pm. Position on the front is perfect for the pier and bandstand and only a short walk into town centre"

"The room was clean and cozy and warm. The room service was great as the bed was made and fresh towels given every day. The swimming pool was warm and clean. Very polite and helpful staff. There was live entertainment on one night with a great singer which was very good. The hotel is right on the beachfront and not far from the town centre. We have to visit Eastbound regularly to see my brother who is ill and this is the best hotel we have stayed in so we will be staying here in the future....

"This hotel is spotless. I was that impressed, i asked them to pass on the message to their housekeeping staff. The building shows signs of usual wear and tear but Nadia & her team obviously work hard at keeping the areas clean. No signs of cobwebs or dust...anywhere. For the price we paid, it was an excellent choice. Ive paid much more for hotels which have no where near the cleanliness of this place. Staff are very pleasant and welcoming. Well done to all. "

"We’ve used this hotel for about 17 yrs and it’s always been quiet, with attentive staff, and very clean. The only thing I would comment on for this stay is that there was a very strong electric air freshener on in the room when we arrived, which was not good for me as I have allergies. It was soon switched off and the window opened for proper fresh air!"

"Had a fantastic stay at the Majestic Hotel in Eastbourne! The location is perfect right on the seafront with beautiful views and close to the pier. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, and the staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. They upgraded me to a sea view room free of charge which was great!
