"Expedia didn’t pay the hotel. You have to pay the hotel yourself when you check in, in their currency. We had to pay our stay in person and go through a difficult cancellation process in order to finalize payment to the hotel. Expedia never informed us that this was the process."

"I am appalled due to my experience with this place. The arrival was so nice, I loved being surrounded by nature and the cabins are super cute, then I get to my room. It was nice, but no ac only fans. My sheets were never changed during my stay there. I never got my dirty towels removed from my room and replaced with new ones. I asked about that and they said they only change sheets and towels every 3 days. I stayed exactly 3 nights but I have NEVER been to a hotel that has that policy, that’s...
