(I have to have fresh air when I sleep!)But thank you to the delightful Peter , the porter could see I wasn’t happy and without me even aware had sorted another room for me 😊. I was so grateful. "Location is good. Reception lady seems getting minimum wage, still doing her job with unwilling face. Twin room with window (no view at all) is SUPER small, without any table or bench to leave your belongings. Just two fixed hangers which didn’t help. Shower head is leaking a lot. You’ll need to borrow the hair dryer from the reception. To get into the floor you need to tap your room card, security level is good."

"Whilst the condition of this Britannia Hotel may be a it run own in places - the facilities and staff are excellent. The welcome I received on my check in (which was after 10pm) was outstanding and the gym host could not have been friendlier. The gym whilst small and a little outdated, was also a brilliant facility to have available. This service along with these facilities at this price wa amazing value!!"
