"Great staff and service."

"We had a lovely 3 night stay at Oulton Hall hotel. It was our first trip away with our dog. The staff were brilliant and so helpful, and there’s lovely grounds to walk the dog in. We also appreciated that there was a lovely bed for him in our room and food bowl. I would definitely choose to stay here again. "

"The hotel was excellent as was the room, staff, food and facilities. The breakfast choices were particularly good. We stayed mid week and the area was quiet but I don’t knowhow the area would be at weekends"

"Lovely hotel in a great location for York racecourse and a short taxi ride into the city centre (or 30 min walk). Rooms are very well appointed although the bathroom could be upgraded with dual flush toilet etc. Bed was very comfortable and noise was at a minimum. Staff are helpful and friendly. We like that the pool was open till 11pm"
