"We needed a place to stay that we could park close to being that we came to dive and had a lot of gear. The closest neighbor greated us upon arrival, the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. The boat gently rocked you to sleep at night on the comfy beds, couldn't have asked for more honestly and plan to come back. "

"The location of the property was great and we saw the key deer on property and nearby. The room and bathroom were very nicely decorated and clean. The bed was comfortable. The beach front area had some trash that needed to be picked up and the home could use some landscaping. We did not stay for the continental breakfast so can not speak to that. "The unit we stayed in was very clean, beds comfy. The unit itself is showing some wear and tear but that did NOT affect the cleanliness. The view of the ocean was why i chose to stay here and was not disappointed. The patios of each unit are fairly close and do not lend alot of privacy--not genetally a problem, unless the neighbors decide to get affectionate (if you know what I mean 😀) The pool was clean and offered plenty of seating. I would definitely stay here again."

If I had a complaint, which I don't, but you may want to address the deadbolt. It didn't show low battery but yet it beeped in different sequences' all hours of the day and night. "

"We loved our stay at this villa! The view of the canal was great! The location was perfect for us. One of my favorite memories will always be coffee on the porch in the morning with family.
