"This was our second year at the property in this unit. We stayed 5 days. The full kitchen and a full sized shower were requirements for us and the unit meet those needs. More sun would have enabled us to enjoy the beach area but you can't control the weather. Nice area to stay even without sun! Good for walking and exercise. "

"Key Colony is lovely spot in marathon that makes you feel away from everything but still close to stores and restaurants. The unit is one of the best locations on the property with a beautiful water view from the balcony and close proximity to the beach and grills. A little dated but clean and comfy with all the basics provided for a fabulous family vacation. Highly recommend!"

"When we first checked in we had some issues but the property owner made sure to correct the issues. The reason for the four was the chairs at the outdoor table were worn and the fabric was torn and looked like it would cause you to fall through the chair. The upstairs patio was awesome. I would definitely Recommend this rental as they seem very concerned to make things right. "

"Overall place is as described. You are close to the ocean but no beach. We heard the fishing is great. Nice little area outside the unit with chairs and table. They also offer a picnic table and gas grill. Nice heated pool on the premises. All the amenities you need. Place was clean and bug free. We read too late that they have chairs and other beach items in a shed nearby. Only negative might be it's a few miles to the grocery stores and restaurants.
