"Great stately hotel built in 1850's a stone throw from Central Railway Station which we wanted, renovated in 1930's featuring interwar architecture. Appears constantly updated as our room and the hotel features showed. Sparkling clean large size rooms very well maintained. Don't expect a 5 star faculties such as the bathroom equipped with shower only withs mall raped bars of soap small bottle of shampoo and conditioning, then again you are not paying a 4 star price. "The hotel was clean,the staff were friendly and helpful.We got to Sydney early morning after a 9 and half hour flight The room was available so they let us check in earlier than 2pm. The train station is close and many eateries were close by."

"Easy to access the property, rooms were clean. Note that the television is FTA only and does not have wifi. Easy check in/out, would have liked a little box to drop the key into & some info on the flyer in the envelope with keys about eaely checkout though."

"Check in was quick and simple, room was small but suited to needs, dining available in building which was well priced and offered a discount for hotel guests (which we forgot to show haha). I even left items there by accident which they kept hold of while I was on my cruise and had ready for me to colelct when i returned which I was very grateful! Travis and the team were great to deal with and wouldn't mind staying there again "

"Nice spacious 1 bedroom appartment with small balacony. Bed large and comfortable. Nice bathroom. Appartment very clean. Great location. Few minor issues: 1. Safe could not be closed and staff said it needed to be replaced. 2. No remote control for air conditioner in bedroom. Requested a replacement but no action for 3 days. Once requested again, it was quickly provided. Would definitely stay in APX Darling Harbour again."

"What a weird little place. Toilet in the middle of the room! Long dark hairs found in the shower. Apart from the noise, a comfy bed and reasonable tarriff. Not on my return list."
