"Interesting property with many retained aspects of the old prison. Rooms ate obviously small, with little storage, no hair driers etc. slightly disconcerting obscured glass loo and shower 'box' in the room. Great breakfast, with good choice. "

"The location, if you are using the coach station for trips with Best of Switzerland or Grayline is excellent as it is just accross the road. Easy to walk to Zurich Old Town and the lake for boat trips, through the train staion and along Bahnhofstrasse. Clean hotel although a basic room it had everything I needed. Very comfortable. "

Was ideally placed for an Event at the Zürich Halle, perhaps factored into the price as I'd say at that cost it could include the breakfast but in terms of location and position for travel links both to the Old and Town and airport its perfect. "Cons- The family accomodation not suitable for more than 4 people with a max of 2 adults per stay. The towels were tiny, they were only big enough to wrap around my 5 year old son. The lift in the building was tiny and only big enough for 2 people. Pro-The apartment was easily accessible and the communication was excellent. The supermarkets were the next to the apartment which was great. The walk to the city was easy and close. "

"We had two nights in Zurich staying at the Trip Inn. It was just 15 minutes walk from the main railway station in a cheaper part of the city but was absolutely fine. The room was big enough for 3 people with a decent bathroom and was clean and comfortable. It didn’t include tea/coffee facilities but Starbucks was only a 10 minutes walk. Check in/out was straightforward and staff very polite. WiFi worked well. We would happily stay there again."
