"The place is right in the middle of town. Staff friendly and helpful. I was lucky to have a room overlooking the river. Earplugs are provided, but I am deaf, so untroubled by roadworks noise etc. The best bit for me was to have use of the shared kitchen/ dining room, for self-catering."

"This hotel was beautiful! We had a car, which made it easy to get to. There was a bus station at the bottom of the hill if you don't have a car. Stephanie, our hostess, was so nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The restaurant was closed for dinner the two nights we were there during the week. I would recommend this place if you want an excellent view of the ALPS."

"One of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip. It’s easily accessible from Luzern station via bus 51 or 52, with the bus stop right outside the hotel. The hotel is well-equipped with amenities for children, including a playroom and a separate diaper-changing area. "This isn’t a hotel but a hostel. There is no shower or bathroom in the room. I never seen any like that in over 20 years. It’s unacceptable especially since it wasn’t disclosed before arrival! The staff were friendly and the location was good. But also No (real) parking, meaning you had to park public which required resets g the parking clock every 1.5 hours. I made it work for me since I could park at my friends house but the fact that nothing of this is properly disclosed prior is terrible!!"
