"The staff is excellent. The food is delicious. The bathroom is tiny, though, and the housekeeping doesn't do anything besides replacing the towels during your stay. And there are a LOT of stairs. If you have a disability or heavy luggage, it's very difficult to manage. The room itself is gorgeous and you can't beat that view "

"We booked a standard double room with a King bed, but got a family room with a double and a single. Although it wasn't what we'd booked the room was nice and big with a decent sized bathroom. Bed was nice and comfortable, even if it wasn't what had expected. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. "

"Hotel was very clean throughout and my room was spotless. The breakfast was excellent and included in the price. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room carpet and furniture were dated and could do with upgrading, however maybe upgrades are on there way as a brand new lift had just been installed. At this time of year overnight parking outside the hotel was easy and free. Overall would highly recommend."

Huge room, spotless, comfy, huge bed, clean everywhere, quiet, free parking outside, 5 minute stroll to the venue, warm and cozy and we where greeted by a lovely man who was so helpful. They did offer breakfast but we skipped it but good to know its on offer! definately recommend 100%. Excellent value"

"We booked this hotel in Llandudno as it was reasonably priced, dog friendly and good reviews. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Our breakfast was tasty offering a good selection. Our room was comfortable with an extra large bed which we had the best sleep. For the price you can not fault this hotel. "
