"Great and lovely hotel. Two things that could improve on which are, better firm beds and parking. We paid $50 for overnight parking in the Walkway garage. Other than that, love the staff and accommodations."

"A nice place downtown, and a bit more understated than some of the others. It's in an older building that's been reworked as a hotel, which can make for some cool spaces. Be sure to get a room down the hall from the elevator, as the outside floors are old and a bit squeaky, but the rooms themselves are nice and peaceful."

"Clean, comfortable and perfect for one overnight stay. The breakfast was just slightly above average which I view the average as "not great" (had bacon - rare). Convenient for Grand Rapids area. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it."
