"I chose this hotel because it advertised as being pet-friendly. 24 hours before check-in, I received an automated text saying no pets allowed subject to $250 fee. It's my fault for not calling the hotel to confirm, but upon arrival I found pets were allowed for $25/day. I wish my pup didn't have to miss out on our little family staycation!
