"My friend and I stayed overnight there. Everyone was extremely helpful and professional. It was very clean and so convenient to the PPG arena where we attended a sold out event. (Elevation Nights) Only one thing negative that I need to mention. The air in the room was not working correctly. It was set to the lowest temperature but never cooled the room. "Nice hotel. Convenient. Expected good quality from SpringHill Marriott. Staff was fairly friendly though I’d like them to be more engaging. Was not told when they would service the room but my last night, there was a knock at 5pm from housekeeping, which I declined because it was so late. Walking distance to some restaurants but it was super cold. Uber/Lyft was very convenient and fast. "
