"A very nice hotel in the hart of Florence. Every place worth seeing was in a walking distance. Excellent service, professional and polate staff and delicious breakfasts."

"The location is what makes this hotel. Literally beside the main train station so easy access to all the main sights. Our room (414) was at the front right next to the tram line. So a bit noisy - but being winter the windows were shut. The room was huge with a lovely balcony which would be great in summer. Great views of the Duomo. Room very clean with a great shower, hot water and plenty towels and toiletries. Breakfast was ok for a 3 star hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. "
