"The stay at Best Western is always good. However, this is the second visit where there were no dollies to take your luggage to the room. Therefore several trips were needed to get things from the car to the room. Also, the hotel doesn't use trash bags in the trashcans inside of the rooms. They said it was done on purpose, which I guess is their decision. It could cause a mess, especially if you have a child in diapers/pullups. Otherwise the room was satisfactory as always. "

"I loved the people! Everyone was so nice and went out of their way to be helpful. Check in was easy and because we were there this trip for a funeral they got us into one of our rooms early so we could freshen up and change clothes before the service. They were very understanding and kind.
