Not a good stay
The room was missing drawers too the dressers, the bathroom door stuck, and was broken. The room smelled of mold and mildew until the air conditioning was turned on the remote did not work for the TVs had to be moved to another room. There was dust and mold on the ceiling as well as the air conditioning unit.

For a cost of 350 per night - this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in for that price !! Was not worth the 350 per !!!

The only negative is that we noticed a little bit of mold around the shower. What really made our experience top notch was Amy, she was so understanding and full of joy. She really seems to enjoy her work and made things easy on us.

Place smelled bad
The hall way was hot and smelled strongly of marijuana, my room reeked of stale cigarettes, the hair dryer in bathroom did not work, the clock radio did not work, the whole place had a rundown appearance. I expected better for what the room cost.

I was impressed with this place, I expected less. I only gave a lower grade due to the following. First thing in the room some lights were strobing they were fixed, next thing the tv remote did not work, was replaced, when I went to take a shower, the water no matter how low I turned it down it was extremely hot, I could not shower, then I went to fix my nightly popcorn the microwave did not work. We moved to another room the next day. all was fine until went started packing for home, my big canvas bag that I used as a suitcase was missing. It was probably left in the first room, no one had that room before we left, so I can only believe it was kept by someone employed there. It was a $40 bag that is no longer available and cannot be replaced, I had only used it twice.

Good hotel-good price
My friends and I stayed here while attending the Blue Ridge Rock Festival. Good hotel for the price. Service was great, all of the staff were friendly and helpful. I've seen complaints about linens and towels-there was a sign in the lobby explaining their policy. They were more than happy to supply towels when we needed them. I would stay here again, and probably will again next year.
