We arrived on Valentine’s Day amidst a terrible ice/snow storm and unfortunately, there was no internet. Polly was very responsive and made every effort to resolve the issue but to no avail. "The condo was in excellent condition and had everything we needed. Our host was easy to reach and very helpful. The condo was smaller than we expected, but we were visiting family, so really only slept there. Be aware that the internet was spotty"
