"Great hotel for overnight stay before flight home. Great shopping spot too. Lots of places to eat. We had a great value-for-money meal at the Trattoria. The hotel rooms are a great size with larger than normal beds in the twin room and an extra lounge area. The only issue was that the walls were paper thin. Unfortunately our neighbours were having a few drinks so it was quite loud. "

"The location is good with many dining options near the hotel, including Kobe beef options. We use some of the amenities like public bath, self-service laundry (at B1) and parking (2500yen per day). The service staff is kind and professional and can speak english. We wish they could have instant coffee options in the room and that the public bath is close later at night and in the morning. "
