荷物を預かるキャパが少ないらしく、チェックイン前アウト後ともに預かってもらえませんでした。駅近で立地はいいです。駅にはロッカーはたくさんありました。 大浴場は姫路城も見え、眼下に線路も見えてよかったですが、フロアが吹き抜けなので部屋を出ると寒いです。 ロビーが暗く荷物預けが期待できないのと、大浴場があるのに室外が寒いのがマイナスですが、近隣のホテルに比べ格安です。

このお値段で朝夕食付き、大浴場付きはとっても有難くていいのですが…部屋のドアから一歩出ると外。エレベーターを待っている間が寒くて寒くて。マンション式の構造なのでエレベーターホールは冷たい風が吹き抜け、大浴場へ行くにもダウンを着て行きました。部屋の暖房も効かず、27℃設定でも夜中寒くてフリースやヒートテックを重ね着して寝ました。 冬に利用するならそれなりの対策が必要だと思います。

ＪＲ姫路駅から線路沿いに位置していて立地最高！ホテル内の施設は大浴場もあり食堂もありお値段の割にかなりお得に泊まれるホテルだと思う！ 部屋も使い勝手がよかった。朝ごはんも付いていますし、夜ご飯も9時までなら付いてるそうです。大浴場のお湯がぬるかったかな？総合的にこの値段では他にないと思います。よかったです。

禁煙ルーム利用。部屋に入った時の独特な匂いが最初は気になったが慣れる。シンプルで駅近で食事もついてこの値段なら、また利用したい。

朝食だけでなく夕食もついているのをチェックイン時に知りました。 イマイチと思ったのは、15F大浴場に行くのに部屋のドアを開けると寒い点だけです。 変な話ですが、料金をもうちょっと上げたら良いと思います。 今の料金ではコスパが高すぎて、ホテルの株主に申し訳なく思いました。

（５階の端の）部屋の窓を開けたら30~40m先を新幹線が疾走……鉄道マニアならずともアガるロケーションでしょう。必要十分な設備とサービス、まずまずの内容の朝夕2食（ドリンク＆サラダバー有り）が付いて、税込み4000円台半ば（ホントにいいの？）なんて今時、他で見たことがありません！
