"Our room was very clean and comfortable. I paid £424 for 2 premium double rooms but our sons room was much smaller than ours and was not premium. We were not told about the change when we checked in. We only stayed for one night so I made the reception team aware when we checked out. We were offered £20 compensation, however we would have much preferred having the room we had originally booked. "

"No frills hotel in the middle of Leeds. Easy walk from the station and short bus ride to Stylus at Leeds Uni to watch a band. Great value and didn't cost much more than an Uber would have been to go back to Halifax. Check-in was easy, bed and pillows were comfy, air con was efficient and water was hot and powerful. Yes there's not much room round the bed and the bathroom is small but for 1 night it was fine. There was no view and we couldn't open our window but like I said the air con cooled the room quickly. There's only 1 fixed hanger so if you're staying longer take your own. Would definitely stay again if we could get a room for a similar price."
