"I thought the hotel was nice for the area and served our needs. It's about what you'd expect in terms of amenities and service level for the normal standard rate. However, the rates were more than doubled during the weekend that we stayed (due to an event at the Convention Center) and therefore the hotel was nowhere near worth the money we paid. And it was extremely disappointing to pay outrageous rates and then have nothing included. Parking was extra, water in the fridge was $5, breakfast...

"We stayed in a Bungalow room. I wish you could see the actual room you booked. The room was nice, with a great lake view location and a patio over the lake. My only complaint is with the TV set up and lack of getting local channels. The hotel staff did not know how the TV system worked. We did get Netflix, Prime and MAX thanks to the previous guest not signing out their accounts. So, if you log into your streaming service, don't forget to sign out.
