"The staff was amazing and always so helpful! The area was a bit loud with there being main roads on either side of the hotel. It wasn’t bad in the rooms, but could be noisy at the pool. It’s a bit more run down on the outside than we expected but the rooms were updated and clean. Good location to downtown but still a pretty long walk to get there. "It's in a good location, not far to walk to downtown street market and restaurants. The staff are excellent, very courteous and helpful... excellent customer service! The rooms are very basic but clean and has the essentials in a good location. Very good value... would recommend it if only staying for a couple of nights. The only negative was paying for parking...don't think paying guests should pay extra for parking."
