"It was a very nice stay, the air conditioning in the room was very loud. The hotel seemed to be in the middle of repairs? It also was very confusing during check in due to not being given very many details about our stay. I also called multiple times to the front desk to let them know of my late check in, but I was unable to reach anyone. The front desk seemed to never be at the desk when I would have questions about the hotel. "

"Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel common areas, breakfast bar, and room were very clean. We loved this part of our stay! However, the hotel pool was incredibly cloudy. We were unable to see the bottom of the pool and hair was throughout the water. This did bring the rating of the hotel down due to the condition of the pool and pool area. It desperately needed a deep cleaning. "

"Was clean and in a good area with a lot around. The only complaint I have is the beds are not very comfortable. With a hotel of that magnitude it should be able to afford decent mattress's, other than that it was great! Also maybe a remodel and adding a hot tub. "I recommend this hotel as a safe clean place to stay. The staff was friendly and polite. I only had one minor gripe. Housekeeping missed our room one day. It could have been because we slept late with a do not disturb sign in the door, but even after we left in the afternoon, no one came to take out our trash. This was a minor glitch, as everyone and everything else was vey nice. I will definitely stay at this place in the future, should the need arise. "
