"We required a kid-friendly home in the area that would accommodate our extended family with lots of kids between 1-16, and this was the perfect home. Plenty of bedrooms, beds, bathrooms, eating spaces, and parking spaces. We liked that the adults could play cards in the dining room area while the kids had the pool hall area to hang out. "I was taken with the coolness factor of staying in a former factory, but underestimated the inconvenience of having no lobby, nowhere to sit while waiting for room, etc. No early check-in, no late check-out. The room was nice looking but freezing (probably the downside of the brick building. All in all I wish I’d stayed at a more standard hotel. "

"Katie greeted me by name when I arrived, and got all the basics - door keys, etc. quickly, and explained they are proximity - so just a tap is needed. The building is really well built, with a fitness room and laundry available 24/7. Met interesting 'neighbors' in the same building. The room is one of the best, and nicely decorated. And I got a great night of sleep - so necessary for travelling!"
