"The service and the rooms are good. However the quality of the food and variety was poor. Need to be careful as I got a stomach bug which is common in Egypt but it usually comes from local water and the drinks they use with ice are using tap water and fruit and veg is washed with tap water. "

"Bra boende för barnfamiljer, många pooler och vattenland för barn. Flera Vattenrutschkanor både för stora och små. Kunde önskat lite mer av kvaliteten på maten i buffén samt servicen i några av barerna där man kunde hämta dricka. "

"This hotel has great potential to be a good 4* - beautiful and clean beach and garden and swimming pools and certainly friendly staffs - especially the generalmanager Mr Abdel-latief. But no services at all. Rooms dirty - no pillows cases nor for duvets - disgustingand not hygienic, everything broken and not working and maintenance whatsoever. If you call reception usually no answers and when you get someone to pick up and you ask for something simple it can take hours to be reluctantly done....
