"Located right next to bars ,restaurants and shops. Very quiet rooms away from street. Staff friendly and professional. Rooms with large interiors and balconies but could do with a few things updating such as lighting fixtures. Very clean with comfortable beds"

"This is a place we have been coming to for several yeas, and we would always try to come here every trip to Tenerife. From the cleaners to the receptionists and those working in the bar they are all extremely friendly and helpful. We are far enough away from the hustle and bustle of holiday makers to have a very relaxing break evey ime we come. Keep it up :)"

"I liked the complex the pools area kept really well clean and the entertainment really good engaging all ages also the ladies at the snack bar extremely friendly and welcoming. The down side was I had been made aware no lifts to the apartment but didn't reslise there would be so many steps I counted 53 and found it quite steep to climb felt my creaky knees if I returned would need accommodation better suited I struggled to carry my luggage down the stairs at the end of my stay.. "All the workers at the hotel are really nice, place is clean and in a great location. One complaint, the Margarita skybar waiter on 3/25 did not like we weren't interested in buying a cabana that was 79 euros and decided to ignore us the rest of the time. So we couldn't use our "welcome" drinks voucher. Good thing there are tons of bars and restaurants next door to the property. "

"I stayed at this hotel in March 2025. Perfect location. There are many shops in that area. Good public transportation. Staffs were very helpful and accommodating. My room was clean and functional and good value for the money. They offer a good breakfast! "
