"The room was clean and organized, quite comfortable and spacious. However, there was no coffee and there was no soap in the bathroom. On saturday when we went to the breakfast the coffee and the milk were not hot. There was only one kind of fruit . In other words the breakfast was so regular. "

"The hotel is charming with unique and fun features like a glass elevator and the roof top terraces. We had a two room suite so that our kids could be in an adjoining room. It was small but comfortable. Check-in is strictly at 4pm so, as you would imagine, there were a lot of people trying to check in at the same time. We came in a few minutes before 4 and did not have to wait too long. The neighborhood is in the heart of the historic Old San Juan and close to one of the old forts. Great walking...

"Pros: Location is good (about 10-minute walk to beach and restaurants). Entire place is relatively new. Pool and breakfast area are nice, although, the round lounge cushions are already showing some discoloration and wear. Staff was nice (but not always responsive, more on that below). They have free parking on site (right in front) that was convenient. Continental breakfast was limited but adequate.
