Check in and check out were a breeze and all of the staff were wonderfully welcoming. "Everything about staying here was great! I only speak English and Korean and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating! Especially the manager at the front desk. I got to meet and have simple conversations with the staff. Even the ones that only speak Japanese. They were all friendly and kind regardless of language barriers. The bathrooms, bedrooms, and onsen were very clean and comfortable. The meals were delicious and well timed. I will definitely be back and I am even thinking about...
