"Very cosy and private hotel with extremely attentive staff and service. With just a few rooms in total, it provides a very intimate experience and feels almost like a private experience. Large room with great amenities and a priceless view of the entire Yufuin and mountain backdrop. Meals were a private dining experience and food quality is superb."

"Terrible staff service. I stayed there for 4 nights because I just didn’t want to move my belongings but seemed like the more you stay, the more terrible they are. I don’t know do they have bias only for me or not but I felt it is. As I noticed the guest who only stayed 1 night or short time, They are very welcome and doing good service. From my opinion I pay money more. Either I stayed only 1 night but I also need fairness not bias. "
