"We had a wonderful stay ! The staff was extremely helpful , the grounds were beautiful and we had so much fun at the water park and pool areas! We would recommend staying at this property and hope to go back one day! Our kids especially loved fishing at the pier , the gentleman who worked there was very good with them! "

"While the hotel was crowded (everything around is crowded however) the check in process took a while. Hotel transportation to Universal was great. Having 3 queen beds was especially great. "

"It’s a large hotel. We stayed in the Americana building. Liked having Starbucks in the lobby. Pool was great although we didn’t have a lot of time to use it. Good being able to get the shuttle back from City Walk."

"All the space was really clean the only inconvenient was the check in .. they only had like 2 persons at 5 pm at the front desk lobby .. so it took a while …. And then our door knob start failing so they had to replace the whole thing and when I reported it took forever for the concierge to pick up the call and then they never sent someone until we had to go to the Lobby and report it again … besides that everything was great with the suite "

"Everything was perfect; the only thing was that I never had body wash, soap, shampoo or conditioner in my apartment, I asked to Housekeeping 3 times and they just told me that I need to ask in front desk... really?"
