"Wonderful hostel set in a great oit of the way location. Only major issue is the poor condition of the access road to the propery which is not mentioned anywhere. Take it slow and steady and you'll still ground out the car in a normal car on the pot holes and ruts. I would not even attempt it in a car with lower ground clearance like a MX5 ect as you could cause major damage to your vehicle. This is a real shame as it wouldn't take alot of effort to atleast repair the worst of the pot holes...

"Needed to stay in the area 4 nights for work, chose this hotel because it was attached to a pub so after a day's work wouldn't have to go into Ledbury to eat. The pub was not open and I didn't see any member of staff during the stay. I had a phone number which I used to ask for more milk and coffee in the room, came back to find a couple of sachets balanced on the windowsill. No one came int the room to clean, change towels, etc. "

"This property has so much potential and I really hope the owners are able to make it everything it could be. Unfortunately at the moment there's a lot of room for improvement and the price didn't reflect that. The cleanliness level was not brilliant and the space was extremely cold. You are provided with a small gas heater, however it simply isn't capable of heating the space on a cold night. The bedding is summer weight, and there is no insulation, so the cold really bites. "The Bungalow was an amazing place to stay We only used it as a 'base camp ' as we were fishing the river Wye Had to takeaways delivered both 1st class Everything we needed was st the Bungalow ,will definitely use it again hopefully next year Even my wife would like to stay there"
