" The staff were genuinely friendly, and keen to help with any request in a warm and intelligent way, however busy they were. The bar had good chairs for relaxing in with a book and a drink, and there was another room to sit in too. The bedroom was clean and the bed comfortable. A really excellent breakfast, with lovely croissants, or the full English, with vegetarian option. I hope I manage to stay here again!"

I have to travel to this area for work frequently, guess who's become my first choice of hotel? And guess where I've just booked for next week? "
