"Roy was an exceptional host, he was very informative about how to get to the property as the sat nav was a little bit unreliable. He showed us around the hut with all the facilities that were available. The hut had everything u could possible need. It was beautiful and relaxing and I cannot fault it at all. Great location

"This lovely small hotel has been beautifully remodeled from an old factory with original exposed beams and columns. Lovely large room with nice views of the river with swans gliding past. Had dinner and breakfast here and food was great. Staff is super nice. Very close to cathedral, shops, restaurants and river walk. Honestly can't fault it at all. Would recommend. "

"A lovely place! Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a tasteful decor and pleasant ambience. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast was excellent. Close to the station and just a short walk from the town centre, the location could hardly be better. Highly recommended on all points!"
