"The room was nice and clean however there was no microwave. Lots of things for the kids to do but some were pricey. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was the extra resort fee of $50 per day that was tacked on at the end of our stay. "

"This is our first time using the Vrbo app. From the moment we checked in till the moment we left, we had an amazing time.close to town but far enough away at the same time. We had 2 full bedrooms with 2 full baths and complete kitchen. We will definitely be back! "

"We love The Ridge. Have been coming since 1988. Would recommend for families. This particular location was great. The power in the bathroom went out our last day, but it was just the toilet/shower area so it wasn't a big deal to work around it. The both hot tubs in the building were not working and it looked like the out of service sign had been there for a while. So expect to trudge to another building if you want to go in a hot tub. "

"The owner of the timeshare and I had trouble getting on the same page for this stay. I tried to cancel the stay prior to the trip, but was outside my cancellation window. I was told in writing by the owner (4 days prior to arriving), that the front desk had my name and would be ready for my arrival. "We returned to The Ridge for our second stay in Ackerman's accommodations. This was during the crazy weather in March. I was nervous driving up, but once we made it it felt like returning to a familiar haven. We were welcomed back and sent directly to our one bedroom unit.
