"Hotel was in a central location near the station,shops,also near the cruise liners.Was an easy check in,room , bathroom were clean.staff were friendly and helpful.had a relaxing stay."

"Staff and the service received was excellent. Here for one night before a cruise. Is no frills but all I needed was a shower and a bed. Very close to Horizon and City cruise terminal (I walked it in 8 minutes to Horizon) and a 7 minutes walk from the railway station and bus station. Also close to all shopping and restaurants. "

I raised it with the staff on reception which was really positive and they helped. Key issue was a very dirty and old showerhead - a quick fix from maintenance. "
