"Everything was great from the beginning! The house is adorable and looks exactly as pictured. It was very clean and the kitchen is well-stocked for cooking. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds. The upper deck is a beautiful place for morning coffee or an evening cocktail, and the dock is perfect for fishing. Great proximity to the beach and The West End Marina without it being in the middle of the crowds. Dustin was a great host and is extremely responsive. We cannot wait to come...

We were also impressed with the clean and quiet neighborhood and how close we were to the beach. All of this for a great price as well! We are definitely making plans to stay here again. "

"This home was pretty clean. It’s a super close drive to beach (about 1 min) & if you were to walk maybe 7 min. There’s no permit needed to park on the beach which was nice. It’s the 2nd row back from beach & has a great view. The kitchen is very well stocked. They have lots of games & puzzles available. It’s about 30 min away from downtown area. This was our 2nd time coming here & we’ll be back. "

"I planned a family vacation so my grand kids could see the ocean and visit my sister. I wanted a place where we could walk right out to the beach and this place was it! We had a blast . They didn’t get in until late at night so they didn’t see the ocean till the next day when they woke up, it was priceless. Go out make memories, life is too short."

"We had an amazing 1 week stay at this gorgeous beach house! It was comfortable, spacious, clean and have every little detail already thought of and taken care of. Well stocked with everything you need! Parking right out front, and a boardwalk right at your doorstep to get to the beach. The garden has a fenced in yard for the dogs - which was perfect. The grass is beautifully maintained and no sharp burrs for their paws. Gorgeous deck, plenty of seating. Quiet neighbourhood. Highly recommend...

"The house was a perfect home base for walking on the beach, shopping downtown, eating at local restaurants, and our three-team family scavenger hunt around town. The living area was a great place for our family fun auction and playing games. The fire pit was great in December. Loved every minute!"

"What a great beach house! Great layout, kitchen appliances and bathrooms. Comfy beds too. Worked well for my families Christmas beach getaway. Short walk to the beach and drive to town. We will definitely be back in the summer! The property manager was easy to communicate with and always very clear and friendly. And the host setup a Christmas tree for us so sweet! "
