Welcome to Ocean View, where the name speaks for itself! Located in the Spanish Grant subdivision, this home features floor to ceiling windows across the living room with never ending views of the ocean. The living room contains brand new furniture that is sure to have the whole family relaxing in no time. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front facing partially covered deck with plenty of seating for everyone.

Downstairs offers a large gathering area with two picnic tables, a wooden swing, an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water, and a half bath. It’s a perfect space for entertaining the entire family! And upstairs, you’ll find a private master suite and balcony with panoramic views for watching all of the romantic sunrises and sunsets Galveston has to offer.

The ground level has parking for 4 vehicles, but no garage access. There is an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water, as well as a separate half bath for your use. There is also a newly constructed bedroom with two full size beds and a TV with an adjoining bathroom featuring a combo tub/shower.

The main level has an open concept kitchen, dining, and living area with amazing views from the floor to ceiling windows. The ranch-style dining table has the unique feature of bench seating, and there is also additional breakfast bar top seating. Down the hall there are two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed, Pyramid bunks, and TVs. There is a shared hall bath with walk in shower only, no tub. Downstairs will have your washer/dryer access as well.

The second level has the master suite with King size bed and the adjoining master bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower. There is also an over-sized walk in closet for those long summer vacations. Right off of the bedroom, you’ll find a private balcony with ocean views and custom outdoor furniture for your enjoyment.

Notes: Please use the directed beach access points for Spanish Grant, and do not cross over any dunes. This home works great with Sea la Vie.

Location: less than 1 minute to the beach; 6.2 mile drive to 61st Street; 8.8
mile drive to 25th & Strand; 6.7 miles to Moody Gardens/Schlitterbahn Waterpark.
