Beautiful quiet beach home, short walk to the beach.

A newer two story 3 bedroom 2 bath home located on a quiet street in the Bay Harbor Subdivision. The home has beach views from every room (200 yds from ocean). There are two large covered decks to enjoy the ocean views and crashing waves. You can enjoy sunsets every night from the back deck or get a better view from the 2nd floor deck. The home has a large living room with 10ft ceilings open to the kitchen. There is a 55 inch smart TV with high speed internet in the living room. The island in the kitchen seats 6 and there is also a small breakfast table for two. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops. The master bedroom has a queen bed on the main floor. The 2nd bedroom has a queen and the 3rd bedroom (the bunk room) has 3 twins, 1 full and a queen futon. The bathrooms both feature a quartz double vanity. One bathroom has tub shower combo the other is a shower. The ground floor is a great place to enjoy the ocean breeze or shower off in our outdoor shower . Down stairs has an 8ft picnic table as well as a grill. The neighborhood has two boat launches (great fishing), a fishing pier, and a pavilion. What we love about this house is that its a very quiet neighborhood outside the big city. Our house's unique properties are that its higher than most of our neighbors for more privacy and views of the ocean.

Long weekend away
Great location and very comfortable home! We love visiting during this time of year as the beaches are much less crowded and the weather is fantastic. The size of the house was perfect for our small family gathering. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for making simple meals. House is totally walkable to the beach but it was a bit easier to just take the car 1 minute down the road and park (when factoring in many small children and carrying all of our beach gear). As well stocked as the house is, I was surprised at the lack of available kitchen/multipurpose cleaner and laundry detergent. Not a big deal but would have been much appreciated.

We loved our stay. However, there’s a few things that needs attention, water heater lacks, no hot water available - only warm water comes out both showers. This totally ruined my HOT SHOWER vibe.. The washer is surrounded by mold around the rubber ring- when we first arrived, I did noticed there was trash all around the property, beer cans etc. there was also broken glass all around the beach toy area. BUT over all our stay was amazing. The house, the location, the amenities offered were perfect to accommodate our familia. We would definitely come back! 💛 The Gonzalez~

Perfect beach house!
My family of 8 booked this house for our annual fishing trip. This house was absolutely amazing! More than enough room for all of us. The balcony decks had beautiful views of the ocean, all the beds were comfortable. We forgot a high chair for my nephew and found one in the house. This house could not have been more perfect!

They had everything we needed. Loved that it was away from the crowds. We pretty much stayed from the house to the beach just across the street. It was very relaxing. And best of all we had a beautiful ocean view from our master bedroom and the living room. I washed clothes and folded my clothes looking out at the beach. Drank our coffee in the mornings overlooking the beach. The home was very affordable to have that view. I guess you can tell the view was very important to me. 😁 You will not regret the stay at this property. Thank you for an awesome stay.

Rental house was just as pictured.. BEAUTIFUL! Hosts were very friendly and incredibly helpful. It’s about a 4 min walk to a public beach but it was pretty secluded which is nice! Would definitely come back!! ☀️♥️
