"The Hampton Inn was an excellent choice for an anniversary weekend away. The location was good for eating and shopping and was not too far from downtown Richmond. If you have food allergies, you may want to bring your own breakfast, as it is a traditional continental breakfast with few options if you have a dairy/lactose allergy. "

I like that customer service was really great, they ladies were very friendly and nice, helpful. I like the fact that in each room, that have a low/no loud noise policy, so people can rest for 10pm to 6am! Love it!"

"Accessible rooms need to be updated with better beds. The bed frame was leaning and nearly sitting on the floor. It was so low that it was under the fixed headboard. It was also oddly tilted so the foot of the bed was higher than the head causing a weird elevation of our feet. One of the worst nights sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. Great hotel otherwise."

"The fact it was expected that all persons staying on premises were to be quiet after hours and respectful of others . I wake up at 3:30 in the morning for work and there were no lingering problems hanging around, everything was clean as a pin and I was well impressed "
