This last time the stay was pleasant, the price was lower than some of the other times and that makes for a low expectation stay. We were pleased. "On a budget, this property is great. Especially if you’re just passing through. Staff is super nice. Smack dab in the middle of the Colleges, it’s Clean around the property and the room. Bathrooms was upgraded and the room had new amenities. The only thing that needs to be changed out are the pillows. Or maybe Bleached. But, I needed a cheaper room, in a safe area. This is it! "The property itself was what you would expect of a hotel. All the things that you need for an overnight stay, and there's restaurants nearby for breakfast. There wasn't anybody except for one other car. For whatever reason, I guess to make it easier for the cleaning staff, they put us right next to them when we could have enjoyed peace and quiet in another area of the hotel. I guess I understand. The hot tub had way too much chlorine in it, and I had some difficulty operating the temperature...

"As always check in was a breeze. Friendly staff meet you and are eager to help you out if you need it. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We never hear the noise from the highway that others may mention. Value Inn is enough off the main highway that it's quiet. I feel safe there when we stay.
