"I had to reach out for check in details a day before leaving for the trip after being told they'd be available 3 days prior, and had to get VRBO involved to get a response. The property was as advertised, with the exception of a broken toilet seat that left me concerned about being charged for this situation. My communication about this issue went unanswered by the property owner (a management company) until after I'd checked out and left town. Very poor response time if you need anything...
